<br />testament of James Lee,deoeased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day
<br />of Februaryl922 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said "James Lee
<br />de0vased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.`

<br />In the matter of the estate I
<br />of James Lee, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 17th day of August,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Chaucer L.Lee and Morton L.Rose,exeeutors of the last will
<br />and testament of James Lee,deeeased,and upon their petition for the sellement of said estate
<br />and their discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully
<br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />i
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upon said final report and petition,a.s heretofore ordered '
<br />by the Court,and no one appearing to object to said report,and the Court having examined the
<br />same,together with the vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executors
<br />,said estate settled and closed and said executors discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given of the time and place
<br />fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time so fixed has
<br />fully expired,apnd that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against laid estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said executors have paid in full the Federal estate tax due
<br />upon said estate,the inher =itance tax due upon said estate under the laws of the state of
<br />Nebraska,the costs of this proceeding,all of the special bequests contained in the last will
<br />and testament of said James Lee, deceased,and have paid over to Mary Etta Rose and Chaucer G.
<br />Lee,share and share alike,the residue of the personal estate of said deeeased,all as provided
<br />by the terms of the'last will and testament of the said James Lee,deosased,and nothing further
<br />remains in the hands of said executors belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said James Lee died seized as the owner in fee simple title
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: The southeast quarter of Section Twenty -seven (27),in Township Eleven (11) North,

<br />Range Twelve (12),the northwest quarter and the south half of the northeast quarter of Section
<br />Twenty -seven (27),in Township Eleven (11),North,Range Twelve (12),the south half of the north-
<br />east quarter and the north half of the southeast quarter of section Thirty -five (35) in Town.
