<br />if during his life time,in the judgment of said turstees,it shall be neoessary to use or

<br />expend any of the said Two Thousand Dollars ( $2000.00) either principal or interest, for his
<br />support,care or better mainrenance, said trustees are vested with the sole and final discretion
<br />and are authorized to use and expend such sums as may in their judgment be necessary for his
<br />care,support or maintenance. Upon and at the time of the death of my said son,James E.Lee,
<br />this trust shall cease and the entire trust estate shall go to and be by said trustees con i
<br />veyed,transferred and delivered,equally,share and share alike,to my son,Chauoer G.Lee,of Ames
<br />Iowa,and my daughter,Mary Etta Rose,of Grand Island,Nebraska,and in the event of the death of
<br />either of said parties prior to the date of distribution of said trust estate then the share
<br />or portion which would have gone to said child shall go to the heirs of said child.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,,,000.00) to the
<br />Forgein Christian Missionaries Society of Cincinnati.Ohio,with the understanding "at the in-
<br />terest from said sum is to continue and perpetuate the present agreement I have with said
<br />society for supporting a missiLonary under the plan known to that society as a Living Link.
<br />SIXTH: I hereby give,devise and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) is the
<br />National Benevolent Association of St.Louis,Missouri,subjeet to the provision that if Mrs.
<br />$elle Clarkson of Long Beach,California,who is at the present time employed as my housekeeper,
<br />be then living that they shall pay to her during her life time the sum of Three Hundred Doll..
<br />are ($300.00) per year,payable One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) semi- annually,this beings
<br />the amount of the interest at six per cent on said fund.
<br />SEVENTH: I hereby give,devise and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to the
<br />Board of Church Extention,ot Kansas City,Missourt.
<br />EIGHTH: I hereby give,devise and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars 1$5000.00) to the
<br />American ^Mir nary Society,at Cinoinnati3Ohio.
<br />NINTH: In the event that there be any inheritance tax payable on any of the specific legaaaw,
<br />enumerated in this will said tax shall be paid out of my estate so that the sums named shall
<br />be payable to the legatees herein named in full.
<br />TENTH: All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,wheresoever
<br />situated,i give,devise and bequeath in fee simple to my daughter,Mary Etta Rose,of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,and to my son,Chaucer G.Lee,of Ames,Iowa,in equal portions,share and share alibs#
<br />and in the event of the death of either of said children prior to my death then the share or
<br />portion which would have gone to said child shall go to the heirs of said child.
<br />ELEVENTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Chaucer G.Lee of Ames,Iowa,and my son -in -law,
<br />Morton L.Rose,of Grand Island,Nebraska,to act as executors of thiq,my last will and testament,
<br />and ask that they be appointed without being required to give any bond or bonds for the faith.
<br />ful performance of their duties as such executors,and I authorize my said executors to sell
<br />or lease the whole or any portion of my estate at either public or private,sale,with,_tar with.•
<br />out notice,and upon such terms and conditions as to them may seem best in order to carry out
<br />the terms of this will.
