<br />County,Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to Andrew P.Finan,a son of said deceased,charged,how-
<br />ever,with the payment to Prances M.Hardy,Mary A.Hewitt,Bridget L.Finan,and Alice E.Thelen,of
<br />the sum of $100 ea.ch,and that the south half of the southwest quarter,the southwest quarter
<br />of the southeast quarter,an d the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 16,and
<br />the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 21,all in Township 10 North,Range 11,
<br />West,in Hall County,Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to James P.Finan,Catherine A.Finan,and
<br />Nellie F.Finan,son and daughters of said deceased,by absolute jitle,share and share alike,
<br />charged,however,with the payment to said Frances M.Hardy,Mary A.Hewitt,Bridget L.Finan,and
<br />Alice E.Thelen,daughters of said deceased,of the sum of $400 each,an d distribution of said
<br />real estate is hereby accordingly made.

<br />and the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section Twenty -one (21),all in Township
<br />Ten (10) North,Range Eleven (11) West,and that by the terms of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Patrick Finan,deceased,the above described real estate,upon the death of the said
<br />Patrick Finan,passed,by absolute title,to James P. Finan,Catherine A. Finan,and Nellie F. Finan,
<br />son and daughters of said deceased,by absolute title,share and share alike,cha.rged,however,with
