<br />IN TESTIMONY THERFOF,I have hereunto signed my hand to this codicil to my said last will
<br />and testament on this 2nd day of September,A.D.1913.

<br />We,w�ose names are hereunto subscribed,do hereby certify that the said testator,Patrick
<br />Finan,signed his name to the above instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of
<br />us,and, at the same time,in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be a codicil to his
<br />last will and testament bearing date of April 14th,1913,and we,at his request,and in his pre -
<br />sence,and in the presence of each other,havehereunto signed our names as attesting witnesses
<br />hereof.

<br />I,Patrick Finan,of flood River,Nebra.ska,still being of sound mind and memory do make and
<br />publish this second codicil to to my last will and testament bearing date April 1421913.
<br />FIRST
<br />I now provide that the paymentstd be made to my other children by my son Andrew P.Finan,as
<br />provided in the third paragraph of my will bearing date April 14,1913,and the payments to be
<br />made by my son James P.Finan,and my daughters Catherine A.Finan and Nellie F.Finan,to my other
<br />children,as provided in the Fourth paragraph of my said will bearing date April 14,1913,shall
<br />be due and payable one year afterideath,and shall bear interest at the rate of six per centum ,
<br />commencing one year after my death,instead of from the date of the death of my wife Ann Finan.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I hereby revoke the Fifth paragraph of my last will and testament bearing date April 14,
<br />1913,and in lieu thereof do now provide:
<br />I give,devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of the estate of which I shall
<br />the olumer,to my daughters Catherine A. Finan and Nellie F. Finan,share and share alike.
<br />THIRD.
<br />As modified by this codicil I hereby rep: +b11*4A. my last Will and testament bearing date
<br />April 14,1913,and my codicil thereto bearing date September 2nd 1913.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of August 1924
