<br />ouarter of Section Sixteen (16),in Township Ten (10) North,Range Eleven (11),West,in Hall County!
<br />Nebra.ska,and direct that my said son shall,withih six months after the death of my said wife,
<br />pay to my daughters,Francis M.Hardy, ary A.Hewitt,Bridget L.Finan,Alice E.Finan and to my son,
<br />John J.Finan,the sum of One Hundred Dollars each,(with interest thereon at seven per centum
<br />per annum from the date of the death of my said wife; that said sum of $100 each required to be
<br />paid to my, said five children above named by said Andrew P.Finan shall be a lien upon the pre-
<br />mises above divised to him in favor of said five children.

<br />Subject to the life estate given to my said wife,Ann Finan,in the second clause of this will,

<br />I direct tl;at all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last sickness and burial, j

<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved wif e,Ann Finan,all of my household goods and furniture
<br />of every kind.

<br />issues of all of the real estate of which I die seized,for and during her natural life time.
