<br />heirs as in said "'dill and Testament provided and that the receipts for said distributive shares
<br />have been filed by him and that there is nothing further for distribution in his hands.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate,nor the share of any legatee is subject to any
<br />inheritance tax.
<br />The Court Futher finds that the said executor has paid the funeral - expense of the said deceased,
<br />the debts against the estate,the costs of this proceedings and all claims,special bequests and
<br />legacies provided for in said last ','Dill and Testament,ald that the said executor has performed
<br />all and singular,every condition and request contained in the last Will and Testament of the said
<br />Ellen Lyons,deceased.,and that no money remains in his hands as such executor and that the estate
<br />should be closed alad the executor discharged.
