<br />The Court further finds that the said Ellen Lyons,deceased,during her life time purchased
<br />and erected a suitable monument in the family lot in St. _Mary's Cemetery at 'Vood River,and that i
<br />the bequest made by the said Ellen Lyons in her said last 'Vill and Testament pro ;riding for the �
<br />erection of such monument c'oes not need to be complied with ,but should be held for naught.
