<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />BUCKLES C.TRAVIS,DECEASED Now on this 17th day of June,1925,this cause came on tobe
<br />heard upon the final report of Morgan B. Travis, Administrator of the Estate of Buckles C. Travis,
<br />deceased,and it, a.ppearinq to the court that notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate by publication,as required by law,a.nd the order of the court dated June 4th,
<br />1925,and there being no objections or protests on file,and after a full examination of said
<br />i
<br />report and the evidence in support thereof,the court finds that the same is a.orrect in all
<br />respects and ought to be approved and &llowed as and for the final report of said Administra-
<br />tor;that said Administrator has accounted forall of the estate which came into his hands,
<br />has paid for the costs of administration and claims filed and allowed against the estate and
<br />that there remains no funds belonging to said estate in his hands for distribution.
<br />The court further finds that due notice was given in the manner provided by law of the time
<br />allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against the Estate of said deceased;that j
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against 4
<br />said estate ha'Ve been fully paid and settled; that all claims outstanding against said estate
<br />not filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. s
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the court,that all persons are for -
<br />ever barred from filing or setting up any clai, s or demands against the estate of the said
<br />Buckles C. Travis,deceased and that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED report of

<br />be and the same is hereby allowed as and for the fin,-,,.I account of the said Estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Buckles C.T-rgvis,departed this life on the 18th day
<br />of October 1924,being at the time of his death,a resident andinhabitant of Hall County,Nebraskal
<br />and that he left surviving him,the following named heirs,to -wit: Deborah A.n ?ickle,a daughter
<br />Doro us V. Travis , a son George ','P. Travis , a son P:1organ B. Travis, a son Emma E. Wingert, a. daughter

<br />And the court further finds that the wife of the said Buckles C. Travis preceded him in death. Q
<br />The Court further finds that all of the above named children and heirs -at -law of the said
