<br />and at the time of her death,the said Mary H.Travis was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska; that the said 11ary H.Travis died seized of an estate of inheritance in real
<br />estate located in Hall County,Nebraska,consisting of the ownership in fee simple of Lot Seven
<br />(7) in Block Sixteen (16) in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;that more
<br />than three years have alapsed since the death of the said Mary H.Travis and that no application'
<br />has ever been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator of her Es-
<br />tate,nor has administration upon the Estate of the said Mary H.Travis,deceased,ever been had
<br />in the State of Nebraska; that the petitioner herein is now the owner of an estate of inheritance
<br />in the real estate hereinbefore described,and is a competent and proper person to institute
<br />and prosecute this proceeding.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary H.Travis left surviving her,her husband,Buckles
<br />C. Travis,and that she left surviving her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law the following
<br />named persoi;s,to -wit: Deborah A. Fickle ,Dorous V. Tra.vis,George W. Travis,Morgan B. Travis,Emma
<br />E.Wingert and Margaret M.Travis,all of whom are of legal age;that upon the death of the said
<br />Mary H.Travis,,ander the laws of the State of Nebraska then in force,the real estate hereinbefoxe
<br />described passed and descended to Deborah A.Micltle,Dorous V.Travis,George "P.Travis,Morgan B.Travis,
<br />Emma E.Wingert and Margaret M.Travis,each an undivided one -ninth (1/9) interest therein,and
<br />Buckles C.Tr4vis,an undivided one -third (j) interest therein,subject to the homestead right
<br />therein of the said Buckles C.Travis.
<br />The Court further finds that at the death of the said Aary H.Travis,said real estate herein -',.
<br />fore described,was of the value of Two Thousand Dollars and that it is now of the gross value
<br />of about Two Thousand Dollars.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary H.Travis,deceased,left a personal estate sufficient
<br />to pay her funeral expenses,and debts and that such funeral expenses and debts have been fully
<br />paid;that if any debts existed against the Estate of the said Mary H.Travis,deceased,such debts
<br />are long since precluded,a.nd the Court further finds that the costs of this proceeding have been
<br />paid in full.
<br />IT IS THERErORE AuJUDGEO,ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,that the said M ary H.Travis died
<br />intestate in Hall County,in the State of Nebraska,on the 18th day of Mareh,A. D.1920,and that
<br />at the time of her death,she was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Islan d,Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />that more than three years have elapsed since the death of the said Mary H.Travis;that no ad-
<br />ministration has ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of the said Mary H.Travis,deceased,
<br />in the State of Nebraska;that the said Mary H.Travis died seized as the owner in fee simple title
<br />of an estate of inheritance in Lot Seven (7) in Block Sixteen (16) in H.G.Clark's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand island,Nebra.ska;that she left surviving her,Buckles C.Travis,her su3'iving husband,
<br />and Deborah A. Mickle, Dorous V. Travis, George TJ. Travis, Morgan B. Travis,Emma E. Wingert and Margaret
<br />M.Tavis,all of legal age,as her heirs -at -law and her only heirs- at- law;that under the laws of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska,on force at the time of the death of the said Mary H.Travis,
<br />the said Buckles C.Travis received an undivided one -third interest therein,and the said Deborah A.
<br />Mickle,Dorous V. Travis,George ',V. Travis, Morgan B. Travis, Emma E. Wingert and Margaret M. Travis
<br />each received an undivided one -ninth interest therein,subject to the homestead estate of the
<br />said Buckles C.Travis in and to said property;that all debts of the said deceased and ag4intt
<br />the estate of said decea.sed,if any, such existed,are forever barred and precltided,and further
<br />administration of the estate of the said Miry H.T ravis,Deceased,ts hereby dispensed with,and said
<br />estate is forever settled and closed.
