Norton, Dec eased. <br />Now on this 29" day of May,19252this muse came on to be heard <br />on the final Report of J.L. Cleary,Administrator with the Will annexed of the Last Will and Testa- <br />ment of Mrs. L. J. Norton,deceased,and it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that notice <br />hae been given to all persons interested in said estate of the filing of said report,as required <br />by law,and by the order of this Court,and it further appearing to the Court,after a full examina <br />tion,that the account exhibited by said Administrator with the Will annexed is correct in all <br />things and ought to be approved and allowed,and its further appearing that said Administratbri. <br />with the Will annexed has accounted for all of said estate which has come into his hands,it is <br />THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED teat the report of the said J.L.Cleary,Administrator <br />with the Will annexed of the last Will and Testament of the said Mfs. L'. J. Norton,deceased, be and the <br />same is approved as and for his Final Report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said <br />deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and <br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said <br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate hae been fully paid and that all outstend- <br />ing claims against said estate,not filed,if any- such there be,are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is,Therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Mrs.L.J.Norton,de- <br />ceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Mrs. L. J. Norton departed this life on the 11" day of September, <br />1920,in the County of Geauga in the State of Ohio,being at the time 76 years of age and being <br />at that time a resident of Parkman Township,Geauga County,Ohio. <br />The Court finds that the said Mrs. L. J. Porton left a last Will and Testament,bearing date the <br />29" day of June,1919,which said last Will and Testament was,on the 20" day of September,1920,- <br />duly provenallowed and admitted to probate as and for the last Will and Testament of the said Mrs. <br />L.J.Norton,deceased,and Letters Testamentary issued thereon to Bradford E.Brown in the Probate <br />Court of aeauga County,Ohio,the Probate Court being the Court in the State of Ohio having jurid. <br />diction of the Probate of Wills and administration of the estates of deceased persons in the State <br />of Ohio and the Probate Court of Geauga County,Ohio,beirg the Court having original jurisdiction <br />in the matter of the allowance and probate of the last Will and Testament of the said Mts. L. J. <br />Norton, deceased. <br />The Court finds that the said Mrs. L. J. Norton died seized as the owner in fee-simple of the <br />following described real estate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: The North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section Number 9 in Township Number 10 North of Range Number 11 West of the 6" principal <br />Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />That the said title to said real estate is recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County,Nebraska,in the name of Louise J. Norton and that Louise J. Norton and Mrs. L. J. <br />Norton,the deceased,above mentioned,were one and the same persons. <br />The Court finds that the last Will and Testament of the said Mrs .L.J.Norton,deceased,operates <br />upon said above described real estate. <br />That the said last Will and Testament was,by this Court,on the 20" day of October,1924,allowed <br />and admitted to probate. <br />The Court finds that the said Mrs.L.J.Norton died,seized as the owner in fee simple of the <br />real estate hereinbefore described which,by the terms of said last Will and Testament was devised. <br />
