<br />by virtue of the laws of the state of Nebraska,as follows: Lot 6,in Block 3,in Hann's Second
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,being a part of Lots 10,11,and 12 of the County Sub- divisic
<br />of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 15,in Township 11 North,Range 9 hest of the
<br />6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska , to Minnie Degner,Henry Rosenkotter,Martha Wilder,Anna Rosen

<br />0 Schroeder,Emma Sommer,Frederick Rosenkotter,Ella R9senVotter,Carl Rosenkotter,and
<br />William Rosenkotter,is tenants in common,share and share alike,subject to the right of homestead

<br />Sub- division of Lots 13 and 16 and parts of lots 5,11,12,and 143,of the County Sub- division of
<br />the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16,Township 11,Range 9,according to
