<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Carl Rosenkotter, also known as
<br />Carl Rosenkoetter,
<br />Deceased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now,on this 16 day of May,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Johanna Rosenkotter,administratrix of the estate of Carl
<br />Rosenkotter,also known as Carl Rosenkoetter,deceased,and the Court, having examined the records
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing up-
<br />on said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court,having examined the final report,together with all other files,and the testi-
<br />mony offered in support thereof ,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said .jK4*1ifistratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Carl Rosenkotter,also known as Carl Rosenkoetter,de -
<br />parted this life on the 22nd day of November, 1923, that on said date and prior thereto he was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that on the 10th day of December,1923,
<br />Johanna Rosenkotter,widow of said Carl Rosenkotter,filed a petition in said Court for letters
<br />of administration. said letters of administration were to her grartted on the7th day of January,
<br />1924,and said Johanna Rosenkotter duly qualified as administratrtx thereunder.
<br />The Court finds that said Carl Rosenkotter was also known as Carl Rosenkoetter,that said
<br />Carl Rosenkotter and Carl Rosenkoetter was one and the same person notwithstanding the discrep-
<br />ancy in names.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Carl Rosenkotter,also known as Carl Rosenkoetter,died
<br />seized as the owner Iii fee simple of the following described real estate,in Hall.County,Neb-
<br />raska,to -wit: Lot Thirteen (13) and the westerly one -half of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County
<br />Sub- division of Lots 13,and 16 and par's of Lots 9,11,12,and 14 of the County Sub - division of
