j "Int E <br />The,.. court further finds that under and by virtue of the terms and conditions of the Last <br />Will and Testament of the said Margaret E. Leaden,that Mary A. Hilderbrandt,a daughter of the <br />said Margaret E.Leaden,became the owner of a life estate in and to Lots Five (5) and Six (6) <br />in Block Fourteen (14) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska, <br />and that subject to the life estate of Mary A.Hilderbrandt in the above described lots 5 and <br />6 in Block 14,the same passed and descended in equal shares to Frank Leaden,Joseph Leaden and <br />James Leaden,sond of the said Margaret E.Leaden,deceased. <br />The court further finds that the said Margaret E.Leaden,departed this life on the 5th day of <br />July,1919 at her home in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that the said Mary A. Hildrebrandt <br />departed this life on the 1st day of July,1919 at her home in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska ' <br />The Court further finds that Frank Leaden and James Leaden,Executors have paid the furcal <br />expenses and the expenses of the last sickness of the said Margaret E.Leaden and said executors <br />have taken receipts and said receipts have been filed in this court. <br />The Court further finds from the proofs on file,that the family monument erected by Margaret <br />E.Leaden by the PaineFishburn Company of Grand Islan d,Nebraska,was fully paid for and receipt <br />therefor has been duly filed in this court. <br />The Court further finds that the said Mary A.Hilderbrandt was,by the terms of the Last Will <br />and Testament of Margaret E.Leaden,given a life estate and use of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 14, <br />in the Original Town,together with the use of all other personal property of which the said <br />Margaret E.Leaden died seized,but the court finds that the said Mary A.Hilderbrandt preceded <br />the said Margaret E.Leaden in death and therefor the said life estate given to the said Mary <br />A.Hilderbrandt terminat ed, at her death. <br />The Court further finds at the date of the death of the said Margaret E.Leaden,all of the <br />real estate belonging to the said Margaret E.Leaden,deceased,passed and descended in absolute <br />title to James Leaden,Frank Leaden and Joseph Leaden. <br />IT IS THEREFOR ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,that the final report of the said <br />Frank Leaden and .James Leaden,Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Margaret E.Leaden, <br />deceased,be and the same hereby is allowed in all things as their final report herein and said <br />estate is hereby settled and closed and the Executors discharged. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,DECREED AND ADJUDGED,that all persons having claims against said estate, <br />if any such therebe,and not filed within the time given by this eotare''forever enjoined from <br />setting up or asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the funeral expenses and expenses of the last <br />sickness of the said Mary A.Hilderbrandt have been fully paid and settled and receipt therefor <br />has been filed herein;that the family monument erected by Margaret E.Leaden,deceased,was fully <br />paid and settled and recelpV therefor has been filed in this court. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that under the terms and provisions <br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Margaret E.Leaden,deceased,the said property above des- <br />cribed,to -wits Lots 5 and 6 in Block 14,in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />and Lot 1 in Block 110 in Railroad Addition to the Town of Grand Island,located on part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 16,Township 11,North,Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County, <br />Nebraska,passed by absolute title to Frank Leaden,James Leaden and Joseph Leaden,sons of the <br />said Deceased as residuary devisees under the Last Will and Testament of said deceased,share and <br />share alike and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the special bequests and legacies�under the <br />terms of said will and testament haire been fully paid by the Executors and receipts of said leg. <br />atees and devisees have been filed in this court. <br />The Court further finds that said Estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of <br />
