First; After my death,the expenses of my last sickness,funeral expenses and other just debts
<br />shall be paid out of my personal property,and if said personal property be insufficient then my .
<br />executors shall hereby be authorized to sell so much of my real estate as shall be necessary to
<br />pay said debts.
<br />Second: That my executors shall pay or caused to be paid the balance due if any on the famil.-q
<br />monument which has been by me/ urchased and partially paid for.
<br />Third: The sum of $100.00 shall be used by my executors as offerings for masses for the repose
<br />of my soul,they to use the same for this purpose as they see fit and choose,and they shall not
<br />be compelled to account for the said amount to the estate or to the Court.
<br />Fourth;The income from Lot 7 Block 4,Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />which lot is sold by contract upon monthly payments,shall be divided equally between my sons
<br />James,Frank,and Joseph Leaden,My grand -son Victor Laurn Guinan and my Daughter Anna Matthias,
<br />share and share alike. If the said lot is not paid for during my life time then my executors
<br />are hereby authorized to execute the necessary papers for the transfer of said lot according
<br />to the terms of the contract,upon the performance of all the terms of said contract by the
<br />purchaser.
<br />Fifth: To my sons Frank Leaden,Joseph Leaden and James Leaden,I give devise and bequeath the
<br />home place which is described as Lot 11Block 110,in the Union Pacific Railroad Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,in equal shares,subject only to the incumbrance upon
<br />said place at my death,which incumbrance shall be paid by them,and not out of my estate.
<br />Sixth: To my daughter Mary A.Hilderbrandt I give all my household furniture and personal efects.
<br />Seventh: After the payments of the debts above enumerated and Court costs,eet,all money,
<br />personal property,the income from notes or mortgages due me or my estate or the interest thereon,
<br />and the income from Lot 7 Block 4,shall be hall in trust,and invested by my executors,for Mary
<br />A.Hilderbrandt during her life time,and my executors shall use their own discretion in investing
<br />the same,paying the net income to Mary A.Hildrrbrandt.
<br />Eight: After the death of Mary A.Hilderbrandt,and after the payment of her last sickness and
<br />funeral expenses,the payment of the legacies and other debts hereinbefore,enumerated,by the
<br />executor$,the rest,residue and remainder of my property,both real and personal,shall descend and
<br />be given to my sons Frank Leaden,Joseph Leaden and James Leaden in equal shares,subject to all
<br />conditions heretofore enumerated,to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />I hereby name nominate and appoint my sons Frank Leaden and James Leaden executors of this
<br />my last will and testament and also as trustees for the trust hereinbefore made and request
<br />that they need not give bond as such executors or trustees. If either shall become incapacated
<br />from acting as executors or trustees the other shall full power do all acts necessary for the
<br />carrying out of the trust and probating this will. I hereby revoke any and all wills and dodicils
<br />by me made,heretofore.
