<br />LAST WILL AND TESTIMONT OF MARGARET E,LEADEN.
<br />I,Margaret E.Leaden,of the city of Grand Island:Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and disposing memory,do hereby make,publish and declare,this my last will and testament,that
<br />is to say;
<br />I give and devise to my executors,Frank Leaden and James Leaden,and to their successors in
<br />trust,the following described property,to -wit : -
<br />Lots Five and six in Block fourteen in the original town,now city of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,to be held by them in trust for my daughter,Ma.ry A.Hilderbrandt during her
<br />natural life time,she to receive the rents income and profits therefrom,during her lifetime
<br />under the following terms and conditions,':- viz,the aforesaid trustees shall rent or lease the
<br />said premises to whom they see fit,and from the income thereof they shall first pay all the
<br />taxes or other assessments levied against said premises,and the premiums frominsurance upon
<br />the buildings thereon,and the costs of any and all necessary repairs made upon said buildings,
<br />provided however that all sewer taxes and all other taxes levied against said premises,up to
<br />and including the year 1913,also all insurance premiame,which shall become due during the year
<br />of 1913,and all repairs which may have been made,or Which its shall be necessary to make,during
<br />the aforesaid year shall be paid out of the personal property of my estate by my executors,but
<br />after the said year 1913 the said taxes, insurance, repairs, ect,shall be paid out of the rents and
<br />imcome of the sai�? .Jroperty,and the net balance paid to Mary A. Hilderbrandt.
