<br />on the final account of James T.Vanderveer,Administrator De Bonis Non of Alice Vanderveer,
<br />!' deceasedsometimes known as Alice Vandervere,deceased,and his petition for the final settle.
<br />ment of said account,a decree of heirship and for distribution-of said estate,and said matt-
<br />er was submitted to the Court upon the pleadings and the evidence. Upon consideration *hereof
<br />the Court finds-.that notice of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final
<br />settlement of said estate was given to all persons interested as required by law.
<br />1.
<br />That due notice to creditors has been given as by law and theorders of the Court required;
<br />that all debts,funeral expenses and costs of administering said estate have been paid and
<br />satisf ied,and that the account of said Administrator De Bonis Non in all things is correct
<br />and that it should be and is hereby approved and allowed,and that all claims not heretofore
<br />filed against the estate are forever barred.

<br />The Court further finds that the deceased at the time of her death owned an undivied one-
<br />half (1) interest in Lots Five (5) , Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Twenty -one (21) in MacCall
<br />& Leflang's Addition to the Village of Wood River,Hall County, Nebraska, and that there was no
<br />other property left by said deceased,either real or personal.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased left surviving her as her only heirs at law
<br />the following persons,to -wit:

<br />George F.Vanderveer,husband, Anora VanTrump, a daughter, Bessie VanTrump, a daughter, Emma
<br />Rick, a daughter, Susan Rick,a daughter, Nellie Grubbam, a daughter,Frank Vanderveer,a son
<br />James T.Vanderveer, a son, and that said heirs are all of legal age and that there are no
<br />children of deceased heirs.
<br />The Court further finds that Alice'Vanderveer and Alice VandETVeTe is one and the same person
<br />and that where her name appears in any of the said probate proceedings as Alice Vandervere
<br />it is through a mistake in the spelling of. her. -said name,which name is Alice Vanderveer.

<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last Will of Alice Van derveer,deceased,
<br />the undivided one -half (j) interest of said Alice Vanderveer in and to the aforesaid property
<br />descended to George F. Vanderveer,husband of the deceased,in fee simple.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the said undivided one-
<br />half (j) interest of the said Alice Vanderveer in and to the said property . to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5),dix (6) and Seven (7) in Block Twenty -one (21) of MacCall and Leglang's
<br />Addition to the Village of Wood River,Hall County,Nebraska,descended to George F.Vanderveer
<br />absolutely and that he is the present owner thereof in fee simple.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that James T.Vanderveer,Ad-
<br />ministrator De Bonis Non has performed all and singular his duties in the premises and that
<br />the said Administrator De Bonis Non is hereby discharged from his trust and his bondsman release
<br />J. H. Mullin
