<br />WILL CER'T'IFICATE AND FINAL DECREE

<br />In the name of God,amen: I,Alice Vanderveer,of the Village of Greeley Center,in Greeley County,
<br />Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,
<br />blessed be God for the same,do make and publish this my last will and testament,in manner and
<br />form following,that is to say:
<br />First.I direct that my funeral charges,the expenses of administering my estate,and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.: If that be insufficient I authorize my executor,
<br />hereinafter named,to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second., I give bequeath and devise to my beloved husband George F.Vandervere,all of my pro-
<br />perty both real estate and personal property of which I may die seized,to have and to hold the
<br />same absolutely as his own,and in his own right and name free°`of any and all conditions what-
<br />soever.
<br />Third. It is my will and desire that my children take nothing at my death and9th ere fore
<br />leave them nothing,as they are all of age and aisle to care for themselves.
<br />Fourth:- I hereby appoint my beloved husband George F.Vandervere,executor of this my last
<br />will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and subscribed my name this Fifteenth day of
<br />October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.
