The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice by publica- tion,as by law and the orders of this court required,has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time allowed and place appointed for the filing of said claims,and that said time has long since expired and that all claims filed against said y estate have been fully paid by the said Ruth Jobe,and that she has filed receiptstherefor in this court,and that all other claims or debts of said deceased not filed herein,if any such there be,should be and are hereby forever barred and precluded. The court further finds that the said Mahala P.Jobe died testate at her home in Hall County,` Nebraska,and while a resident and inhabitant thereof,on the 14th day of Octeber,1921,leaving a last will and testament,which will has heretofore been duly filed,proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court,as by law provided;that she died seized of a fee simple title to the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWj) NWj) and the East Half of the Northwest i Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (EJN* NW +) of section Thirty -two (32),Township Eleven (11) + North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th.P.M.,less a strip of land Two (2) rods in width off of the South end of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW+ NW +) of said section Thirty -two (32)2Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th.P.M.,and that under the provisions of said will of said deceased,the Nest Half of the Nest Ralf of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (Wj Wj Ej NWj NW +) in said Section Thirtytwo (32),Township Eleven (11) North - ,Range Ten (10) ,West of the 6th. P. M. , containing Five (5) acres, passed and descended to Amos Jobe,and the same is hereby awarded to him and his heirs and assigns forever; and that the East Thirty (30) rods of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ NWj) and the North Seventy -eight (79) rods of the southwest Quarter of the North- west Quarter (Swj NW +) of section Thirty -two (32),Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10), 1 e Vest of the 6th. P. M. ,passed and descended under said will to. Ruth Jobe,and the same is hereby awarded to her and her heirs and assigns forever. The court further finds that according to the provisions of said will,all of the personal property belonging to the deceased,passed and descended to Ruth Jobe,and that she has acknow- ledged receipt of the same and the same is hereby awarded to her and her heirs and Assigns forever. The court further finds that said executrix has accounted for all and singular of the pro- perty and estate of said deceased coming into her hands as such executrix,has paid all costs of administering said estate and has filed her pwsonal receipt as legatee under said will for all bf the personal property,as shown by the inventory heretofore filed herein;that she has paid the legacy of Five Dollars ' ($5.00) to Walter Jobe and has filed his receipt therefor. _ f IT,Ia -,'THEREFORE,BY THE COURT,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of 84id executrix be and the same is hereby allowed and approved;that all debts and claims not filed against said estate,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded ;that the West Half of the West Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (Wj Wj Ej NWj NW +) t of Section Thirty -two ('132) Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th.P.M , passed and descended under the provisions of the will of said deceased,to Ajoe Jobe,and the same is hereby awarded to him and his heirs and assigns forever,as by said will provided,and that the East Thirty (30) rods of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ NW +) and the North seventy -eight (79) rods of the southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWJ NW�I of 6ection Thirty-two (32) ,Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) ,West of the 6th.
