-� P7 1!1 lig WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE The Last Will of Mahala P. Jobe. I.Mahala P.Jobe,make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills. I appoint my daughter Ruth Jobe executrix of this will and ask that no bond be required bf her. To my son Walter Jobe I give the sum of twenty five dollars. To my son A *os Jobe I give and devise the West half of the West Half of the East half of the North West quarter of the North West quarter (WJ WJ EJ NWJ NWJ) containing five acres in section Thirty two (32) in township eleven (11) North Range ten (10) West 6# P.M. All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate be the same real estatepersonal or mixed property,I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ruth Jobe and to her heirs forever. I have purposely given my daughter a goodly portion of my estate for the reason that she is not well,n eeds my care and protection and is a sourwe of great comfort to me. In the matter of the Estate of Mahala P. Jobe, dec eased. I, J. H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 18th day of October 1921,the insttument purporting to be the last will and testament of Mahala P.Jobe,deceased,was filed-for probate in this Court. That'on the 11th day of November 1921,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Mahala P.Jobe deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. Now on this 23rd day of Ma.y,A.D. ,1925,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Ruth Jobe,executrix of said estate,and her petition for a sett- lement thereof,and it appearing from the proof on file in this court and case that due and legal notice by publication,as by law and the orders of this court required,has been given to all per- sons interested in said estate of the filing of -said report and the time and place for hearing thereon,and there being no objections thereto, the Court,upon examination thereof,finds that said report is,in all respects,correct,and that it should be and hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed.
