<br />JOHN NIEMOTH,DECEASED. Now on this 2nd deV of Ma.y,1925,this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of Robert Niemoth,Executor of the last will and testament of John
<br />Niemoth,deceased,it satisfactorily appearing to the court,from the proof on file,that notice as
<br />required by law has been given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased of the
<br />filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate,by publication
<br />in the Grand Island Herald,and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the'
<br />allowance thereof.
<br />On axamination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final account of said elLecutor;that he has accounted
<br />for all of the estate of said deceased coming into his hands or under his control,has paid the
<br />debts filed and allowed against the estate as well as the expenses of administration and has paid
<br />put and distributed the balance of the personal property among the the legatees under the will
