<br />The Court further finds that under trhe terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament
<br />of the said John A.Ruff,deceased,there is due a. special bequest to Albert D.Ruff,to be used

<br />by him as a Mission Fund to help to establish an Eizangelical Lutheran Congregation,as provided
<br />in said last `will and Testament,and that the said special bequest has been paid b�T the executor
<br />to the said Albert D.Ruff,a.nd that his receipt for same is on file in this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the final report filedd by the said executor,John Zuandt,of his
<br />doings and proceedings in the above estate is correct and is in all respects approved and that
<br />there is in his hands for distribution the total sum of 46,471.4o,and that this sum is to be
<br />distributed among the following heirs in equal shares,to -grit:

<br />That the said executor has paid the distributive shares to each of the respective legatees
<br />and heirs as in said Will and Testament provided and that the receipts for said distributive
<br />shares have been filed. by him and that there is nothing further for distribution in his hands.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate is subject to a, Federal Estate tax and that the
<br />said tax in the amount of $71.68 has been ca.id by the said executor and that his rec.eipt for
<br />the same has been filed =ith" this Court.

<br />The Court further finds that the inheritance of Albert D.Ruff is subject to inheritance tax
<br />and that the said tax assessed against him,in the amount of 124.97,has been paid and that -the
<br />receipt therefor is on file Frith this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the inheritance of Friederich D.J.Ruff,is subject to inheritance
<br />tax in the amount of $4,97,and that the same has been paid and receipt for the payment of same
<br />filed with this Court,
