<br />The Court further find_, thet the said Ida Stein and E _ a Rottmann are the same identical
<br />persons designated in the said last Will and Testament as Emma J. C. Rottmaiin and Ida 1K. A. Stein
<br />and that the above persons are the identical persons mentioned in the petition for probate of Will
<br />heretofore filed in this matter.
