<br />ment of said John, A.Ruff,deces.sed,and.letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to the

<br />said John Quandt,the executor named in said last Nill and he duly qualified a.s such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice ha.s been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against the said estate and i

<br />the time so fixed has fully ecpired and that all persons having claims against said estate,if
<br />any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any subh claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said John A.Ruff died seized as the Owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lots 10,11,12,13,16 and 17 in Home Sub - division of that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4)
<br />of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) `Test of the 6th P.M. ,which
<br />lies west of d'heeler Avenue,conta.ining 14.73 acres,a,s surveyed,pla.tted and recorded.
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Norwood Sub - division of part of the crest Half (' ) of the North-
<br />west Quarter (NtU -�) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine �9) Nest
<br />of the 6th P.21. ,in Nebraska,according to recorded plat of said sub- division,cor_taining in said
<br />plat 10 acres.
<br />The East Half (E2) of the Southwest Quarter (Stv4) of Section Sixteen (16) Township Twelve
<br />(12) Range Nine (9) ,rest of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE4);the Southwest Quarter (S�'4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE') and
<br />the Brest Half (1, ,iT) of the Northwest Quarter (Nw4) of the Northeast Quarter ( NE4) all in Section
<br />Seventeen (17) Township Twelve (12) 'Range Nine (9) containing 220 acres,be the same more or less.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the North Half (N1) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section

<br />,Vest of the 6th P.M.in Nebraska,and containing,according to the Government survey thereof,
