<br />November 1924, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probgfed
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate, of said John A. Ruff

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of John A. Ruff, d.ecea,sed.
<br />Now, on this Second day of Illay,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of John Qua.ndt,Executor of the last 71ill and Testament of John A.
<br />Ruff,deceased,and upon his ,petition for a. settlement of said estate and his discherge,and the
<br />Court having examined the records and files and being duly advised in the premises finds that
<br />due and legalnotice h:Fs been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for a hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report the Court examined the same,together with
<br />vouchers on file a-i,d_ the test imony offered in support thereof and being duly advised in the
<br />preises,the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that same
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for thefinal report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that John A. Ruff departed this life testate on the 5th day of
<br />October, 1924,anCi at the time of his death. the said John A.Ruff T--as a resident and inhabitant
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of October,1924,John Quandt,executor named in
<br />said last ' ,Vill and Testa.ment,filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying for the
<br />allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last ?'dill and Testament of the
<br />said John A.Ruff,deceased;that the Court thereupon fixed the 15th day of November,1924 as the
<br />day wor making proof of said "fill and clue notice of filing of said petition and the time and
<br />place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law,
<br />and on the 15th day of November,1924,being the date fixed for that purpose,said instrument was
