<br />IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED,QRDEPED AND iECREED BY THE COURT, that the said Alexander Barr died
<br />intestate in Hall County,in the State of Nebraska,on the 18th day of August,1922,and that-at
<br />the time of his death,he was a resident and inhabitant of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska;that more
<br />than two years have elapsed since the death of the said Alexander Barr;that no administration
<br />have ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of the said Alexander Barr,deceased,in the
<br />State of Nebra.ska;tha.t the said Alexander Barr,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />title of an estate of inheritance in Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Nine (9) of Clarkson's
<br />First Addition to the Village of Alda,in Hall County,Nebraska;that he left surviving him,
<br />Anne Jane Barr,his surviving wid.ow,and William Barr,Caroline Rickard,Eliza Jane Sanders and Dora
<br />tenman,all of legal age, as his heirs-at-law and his only heirs -at -law; that under the laws of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska,in force at the time of the death of the said Alexander Barr,the
<br />said Anne. Jane Barr received an undivided one -third interest therein and the said William Barr,
<br />Caroline Rickard,Eliza Jane Sanders and Dora Denman received the remainingtw.o- thirds interest,
<br />share and share alike,subject to the homestead estate of the said Anne Jane Barr in and to said
<br />property;that all debts of the said deceased and against the estate of said deceased,if any such
<br />existed,are forever barred and precluded,and further administration of the Estate of the said
<br />Alexander Barr,deceased,is hereby dispensed with and said Estate is forever settled and closed.

<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the
<br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
