<br />I,Eugene Bela.nd,of the City of Grand Island,County of Hall and State of Nebraska, considering
<br />the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memmory,do make and publish this,
<br />my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my funeral cha.rges,the expense, of administering my Estate and all my debts be paid
<br />out of my personal property.If that be insufficient,I authorize my Executrix,hereinafter named
<br />to sell so much of my real- estate as may be necessary for the foregoing stated purposes.
<br />Second.
<br />I give,devise and bequenth,all my estate,both real and personal and. wheresoever situated and the
<br />profit thdreof during her natural life,to my beloved wife, Armedia A. Beland, to Pave and to hold
<br />so long as she may live,provided she surviv es me,And after the death of my beloved wife,Armedia
<br />A. Beland,I do give,devise and bequea.th,all of my property as aforesaid to May Ella Tracy and
<br />her heirs and if I survive my wife,the said Armedia A.Beland,I ---- give devise and bequeath,a.t my
<br />death,all my property,both real and personal and wheresoever situated,to the said May Ella Tracy
<br />and her heirs.

<br />In the event that my wife,Armedia A. Beland? surviv es me I appoint her Executrix of this. .,my
<br />last `grill and Testa�ment,and request that she be not required to give any bonds as such Executrix.
<br />But in the event 'Iay Ella. Tra.cy,Executrix of this,my last Will and Testament and request that she
<br />be not required to give any bond as such Executrix,and I hereby revoke all former Willsby me
<br />made.
