<br />said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said August Buchfinck,
<br />deceased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Executors have received in cash from all sources as is evidenced
<br />by the report filed herein,the sum of $16,550.50.That they have expended in cash in the payment
<br />of bills filed against said estate'an d the expenses and costs incident to the closing of said
<br />estate,as is evidenced by said report,the sum of $16,027.40. That the balance due to the estate
<br />as shown by the difference thereof has been paid to Anna Buchfinck,widow of said deceased and
<br />sole beneficiary under the last Will and Testament of said deceased and her receipt has been
<br />filed herein for same.
<br />The Court finds that certain securities consisting of notes and stocks belonging to said
<br />estate and not collected by the Executors during the course of administration have been endorsed
<br />by said Executors to the said Anna Buchfinck, sole beneficiary under the last Will and Testament
<br />of said deceased,
<br />It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the action of the said Executors in so
<br />making settlement with said Anna Buchfinek, sole beneficiary and in so endorsing said notes and
<br />stocks to said Anna Buchfinck be approved and said action is so endorsed and approved.
<br />The Court finds that the said August Buchfinck departed his life at his home in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10" day of October, 1923, leaving a last Will and Testament which
<br />was admitted to probate on the 17" day of November,1923.
<br />The Court finds that the said August Buchfinck died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit: The Southeast Quarter of Section 11 in Township 12
<br />North Range 9 West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The East 35 rods of the Test Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3 in Township 12,North
<br />Range 9 West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11 in Township 12 North Range 9 West
<br />of the 6 P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12 in Township 12 North Range 9 West of the
<br />6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 11 in Township 14 North Range 9 West of the 6 P.M. in Howard
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 10 in Township 13 North Range 9 West of the 6 P.M. in Howard
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Six and the Northeast Quarter of Section 7
<br />all in Township 12 North Range 9 West of the 6P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 7 and 8 in Block 2 of Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 4 in Block 18 of Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Fractional Lot 7 in Fractional Block 12 of John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and Fractional Lots 9,9 and 10 in Fractional Block 3 of Evans Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />That by the provisions of the last Will and Testament of the said August Buchfinck, deceased,
<br />all of the above described real estate was devised to his widow, Anna Buchfinck, absolutely in
<br />fee simple.
<br />It is, therefore, Considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last Will
<br />and Testament of the said August Buchfinck, deceased, the said real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 11 in Township 12 North Range 9 West of the 6P.M.in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
