<br />hereby certify that on the 2011 day of October 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of August Buchfinck,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 1711;
<br />day of November 1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />August Buchfinck,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />hearing on the Final Report of Fred Buchfinck and John Buchfinek,Executors,of the last Will and
<br />Testament of August Buchfinck,deceased,and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file
<br />that notice has been given to all interested persons in said estate of the filing of said rep ort
<br />as required by law and by the order of this court,and it further appearing to the Court after
<br />full examination,that the account exhibited by the said Executors is correct in all things and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appearing that said Executors have accounted for
<br />all of the estate which has come into their hands,it 1"s
<br />THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Fred Buchfinck and John Buchfinck,
<br />Executors of the last will and Testament of August Buchfinck,deceased,be and the sane is approved
<br />as and for their Final Report,
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased;that the time allowed for filing claimshas fully expired;that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of
<br />said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid;that the Federal
<br />Estate Tax has been paid as has the State Inheritance Tax and that all outstanding claims against
