wiffins this proceedings;that the deceased left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law Ellen Lpons,his widow, since .deceased; Stephen Lyons and - 'Mask Lyons,both sons; that upon the death of the said Mark Lyons the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended by absolute title under the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Mark Lyons to the said Stephen Lyons and Mark Lyons,in equal shares,they being both sons and the only children of the said Mark Lyons. deceased. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all debts of the said deceased if any there were are forever barred and precluded and that further administration of the estate of the said deceased is hereby dispenses with and the said estate is finally settled and forever closed.
