WRLL AND DECREE RECORD
<br />A. Linder,Edward J. Heins,Anna E. Polzel and Myrtle I. Heins,to each an undivided one -ninth thereof,
<br />subject to the homestead rights of said Frederick W.Heins,in said rea; estate.,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGElr AND DECREED that the final account of George C.
<br />Heins,administrator of said estate,be and the'same is hereby approved and allowed;that all debts,
<br />claims and demands not filed against said estate as provided by the former order of this court,
<br />are forever barred;that the residue of the personal property and money remaining in the hands
<br />of said administrator ;amountitig,,t6- $4,099.50,be assigned to the said Frederick W.Heins,the sum
<br />of $1362.82,and to Margaret B. Schaupp,George C. Heins, Catherine A. Linder,Edward J.Heins,Anna E.
<br />Polzel and Myrtle I- Heins,efich the sur* of $454.29 ;that the amount due the minor,Myrtle I.Heins,
<br />the deposited on a certificate of deposit bearing interest in the First Nathnal Bankof Grand
<br />Isla.nd,Nebraska,deposited' this court and delivered to her on or after October 30,1925,when she
<br />reaches her ma.jority,and upon her signing a receipt for the same;that upon the filing of the
<br />receipts of said amounts by said heirs and the depositing of a certificate of deposit for the
<br />said Myrtle I.Heins,as heretofore ordered,the administrator be discharged and he and his bondsmen
<br />relieved from all further liability on their offiarial bond.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate belonging to the
<br />said Elizabeth B.Heins,deceased,to -wit: An undivided one -half of Lot seven (7) in Block five
<br />(5) ,of H. G. Clark's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Nebraska,be and the same is hereby assignd
<br />to the said Frederick "V.Heins as a homestead for theuse and benefit of himself and minor child
<br />during his lifetime.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the interest of said Elizabeth B.
<br />heins,deceased,in said real estate,subject to the homestead rights of the said Frederick W.Heins,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Frederick W.Heins,an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />and to the said Margaret B. Schaupp,George C. Heins,Catherine A. Linder,Edward J. Heins,Anna E. Pol
<br />zel and Myrtle I Heins,each an undivided one -ninth thereof,as provided by law.
