<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Elizabeth B.Heins,Deceased.
<br />BE IT REME11BFRED that on this 11th day of April, A. D. ,1925,
<br />this matter came on for hearing on the final account and petition for distribution of George
<br />C. Heins, administrator of said estate,the evidence and was submitted to the court,upon consider-
<br />ation whereof the court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice has-been given to all persons interested in said estate,as re-
<br />quired by law,and the former order of this court;that said final account has been carefully
<br />examined,found correct in all respects,and should be approved and allowed.
<br />That all proceedings required by law for the filing and allowing of claims agairet said es-
<br />ta.te,have been had and complied with,and all debts,claims and demands allowed against said
<br />estate, including the costs of administration,h.ave been paid in full;that all other debts,
<br />claims and demands not do filed,are barred.
<br />That there is no inheritance tax due from said estate to the State of Nebraska,and no es-
<br />tate tax due to the United States of America..
<br />That there remains in the hands of the administrator for distribution, from the personal pro -
<br />perty and money,the sum of $4,099.50,a.s appears from his final account;that the said Elizabeth
<br />B.Heins died seized and possessed of an undivided one -half interest in the following described
<br />real estate,to -wit: Lot seven (7) in Block five (5) ,of H. G. Clark's Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Islan d,Nebraska;that said real estate was the homestead of said decedent and her husband,
<br />Frederick W. Heins.
<br />That the said Elizabeth B.Heins died intestate,leaving surviving her a husband,Frederick
<br />W.Heins of Grand Isla.nd,Nebraska,and the following named children,to -wit: a daughter,Margaret
<br />B. Schaupp of Chadron,Nebraska,a. son,George C. Heins ,a daughter,Mts Catherine A. Linder,a. son,
<br />Edward J.Heins,daughters,11rs Anna E.Polzel and Myrtle I.Heins,all of Grand Island,Nebraska,and
<br />all of legal age,except Myrtle I.Heins,who becomes of age on October 30,1925,who are the sole
<br />and only heirs of her estate;that she left no other living children or the listing issue of any
<br />deceased children ;that the said Frederick W.Heins is the father of all of said- children;that
<br />said residue of the personal property and the real estate descended to the said Frederick W.
<br />Heins,an undivided one -third thereof,and to the said Margaret B. Schaupp,George C. Heins,Catherim
