<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Now, on this 4th day of April, 19252 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Will R.King, Administrator of the estate of Fritze Schourup, deceased, and upon his petition
<br />for the allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and
<br />the Court, having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for hearing upon said report and petition, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and
<br />the Court, having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file; finds that said
<br />report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and
<br />for the final report of said Administrator, said estate settled and closed and said Administrator
<br />discharged. The Court further finds that the said Fritze Schourup departed this life, intestate,
<br />on the 19th day of August, 1924, while temporarily sojourning in the state of California, but
<br />at the time of her death the said Fritze Schourup was a resident and inhabitant of the state
<br />of Nebraska, and left an estate therein to be administered upon.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, that the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired, and no claims have been filed against said estate, and all persons
<br />having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased sere paid by the heirs of
<br />said deceased, that said Administrator has paid the costs of this proceeding and has made due
<br />distribution of the balance remaining in his hands to the heirs of said deceased, and that
<br />nothing further remains in his possession belonging to said estate, and that said estate is not
<br />subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Fritze Schourup was a widow at the time of her death, and that
<br />she left surviving her, as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, Meta Willard, a daughter,
<br />and Walter E.Schourup, a son, both of lawful age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Fritze Schourup died seized as the owner, by fee simple
<br />title, of Lot Five (5), in Block One Hundred Twenty -eight (129), in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition
<br />to the city of grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that upon the death of the said
<br />Fritze Schourup the same passed and descended, under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska
<br />in force at the time of the death of the said Fritze Schourup, to the said Meta Willard and
<br />Walter E.Schourup, daughter and son of said deceased, by absolute title, share and share alike.'
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Will R.King, as Administrator of the estate of the said Fritze Schourup, deceased, be, and the
<br />same hereby is, allowed and approved as and for his final report, said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Fritze Schourup, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against the estate of said deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that upon the death of the said Fritze
<br />Schourup, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended, under the
<br />intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Fritze
<br />Schourup, to Meta Willard and halter E.Schourup, daughter and sore of said deceased, by absolute
<br />title, share and share alike, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly awarded.
