<br />the estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or I
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the title to the property, both
<br />real and personal, of which the said John Gallacher died the owner, passes, in accordance with
<br />the second and third paragraphs of his last will and testament, as follows: " I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary A.Gallacher, all of my property, both real and personal,
<br />and including any and all money or property I may hereafter acquire by inheritance, or bequest,
<br />to have and to hold the same, together with the rents, issues and profits derived therefrom,
<br />during the period of her natural life, and, if the incomes, rents and profits from my estate are
<br />insufficient to properly support and maintain my said wife in her station of life, she shall be
<br />entitled to use so much of the principal sum as in her judgment is necessary for her proper
<br />ort and maintenance." "Subject to the provisions in favor of my said wife, as contained in the
<br />second paragraph of this will, I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
<br />of my estate of whatsoever nature, to my children, John Gallacher, Sarah Kissingez• Anna Marsh,
<br />Alice Gideon, and Mary Kindig, share and share alike, provided however, that should my said son
<br />John Gallacher, die before the death of my said wife, Mary A.Gallacher, without issue him survi
<br />ing, then and in that event, the share which would otherwise have gone to my said son, John
<br />Gallacher, I
<br />give, devise and bequeath to my grandchildren,
<br />Laverne
<br />Gallacher,
<br />and Violet Gallacher,
<br />children of
<br />my deceased son, Charles Gallacher, and to the
<br />survivor
<br />of them."
<br />Distribution of
<br />said property is hereby accordingly made.
