<br />hereby certify that on the 13th day of August 19242 the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of John Gallacher, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 8th,
<br />day of September 1924, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />John Gallacher, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />John Gallacher, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 4th day of April, 1925, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Mary A.Gallacher, Executrix of the last will and testament of John Gallacher, deceased, and upon
<br />her petition for a settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court having
<br />examined said report and files and being fully advised therein, finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and
<br />petition as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no-one appearing to object to said report and
<br />the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony
<br />offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that
<br />the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of such Executrix, said
<br />estate settled and closed, and said Executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and t'
<br />fully expired, and all persons having claims against the estate of said
<br />there be, and not filed within the time fixed by the Court, are forever
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the said John Gallacher died seized as the owner by fee simple title
<br />of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), in Block Two (2), in Fry's Addition to Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and which said premises were the home and homestead of said deceased and Mary
<br />A.Gallacher, his wife, at the time of his death, and that under the terms and provisions of the
<br />last will and testament of said John Gallacher, deceased, Mary A.Gallacher takes a life estate
<br />in the above described real estate, and all of the personal property of said deceased, with the
<br />right to use so much of the principal thereof as in the judgment of the said Mary A.Gallacher is"
<br />necessary for her proper support and maintenance, and the rest, residue, and remainder of said estate,
<br />upon the death of the said Mary A.Gallacher, passes to John Gallacher, Sarah Kissinger, Anna
<br />Marsh, Alice Gideon, and Mary Kindig, son and daughters of said deceased, share and share alike,
<br />provided, however, that in the event of the death of John Gallacher, son of said John Gallacher,
<br />deceased, before the death of Mary A.Gallacher, without issue him surviving, then and in that
<br />event the share which would otherwise have gone to the said John Gallacher passes, by absolute
<br />title, to Laverne Gallacher and Violet Gallacher, grandchildren of the said John Gallacher,
<br />deceased, being the children of Charles Gallacher, deceased, a deceased son of the said John
<br />Gallacher,deceased, and to the survivor of either.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Mary A.Galla.cher, as executrix of the last will and testament of the said John Gallacher, deceased,
<br />be, and the same hereby is allowed and approved in all things as and for her final report, said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
