<br />;WILL & CERTIFICATE & FINAL DECREE:

<br />I, John Gallacher,. of Doniphan, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and
<br />publish this, my last will and testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expense attending my burial, be first paid out of
<br />my personal estate.
<br />SECOND:
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary A.Gallacher, all of my property, both real
<br />and personal, and including any and all money or property I may hereafter acquire by inheritance,
<br />nor bequest, to have and to hold the same, together with the rents, issues and profits derived
<br />therefrom, during the period of her natural life, and, if the incomes, rents and profits from my
<br />gestate are insufficient to properly support and maintain my said wife in her station of life,
<br />!she shall be entitled to use so much of the principal sum as in her judgment is necessary for hers
<br />proper support and maintenance.
<br />THIRD.

<br />Subject to the provisions in favor of my said wife, as contained in the second paragraph of this
<br />?will, I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever
<br />nature, to my children, John Gallacher, Sarah Kissinger, Anna Marsh, Alice Gideon, and Mary Kindi
<br />,share and share alike, provided however, that should my said son, John Gallacher, die before the
<br />M
<br />tdeath of my said wife, Mary A.Gallacher, without issue him surviving, then and in that event, the
<br />;share which would otherwise have gone to my said s6n, John Gallacher, I give, devise.-and bequeaths
<br />to my grandchildren, Laverne Gallacher, and Violet Gallacher, children of my deceased son, Charle
<br />,Gallacher, and to the survivor of them.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife, Mary A.Gallacher, executrix of this will, hereby granting
<br />full authority unto the said Mary A.Gallacher to sell and convey real estate, without license or
<br />authority from any Court, and in such a manner as to vest in the purchaser of any real estate,
<br />,perfect title, and I request that the court appointing my said wife as said executrix shall not
<br />,,require her to give surety on her bond as such.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any all former wills made by me.
