<br />the south half of the southeast quarter of Section One (1) in Township Nine (9) North,Range
<br />Nine (9) West ;the south half of the southwest quarter,the northwest quarter-of the southwest
<br />quarter,and Lot Four (4) , in Section Twenty -eight ( 29) ,Lot One (1) on Mainland in section Twenty-
<br />nine (29),and the north half of the northwest quarter of Section Thirty -three (33),all in Township
<br />Ten (10) North of Range Nine (9),West.
<br />The Court further finds that.under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Clarence M.Lowry,deceased,Maggie A.Lowry,his surviving widow,takes a life estate in all
<br />of the estate of which said deceased died the owner,and also the use of all the personal property
<br />of which the said deceased died the owner,and upon the death of the said Maggie A. Lowry the same
<br />passes and descends,by absolute title,to Della Messeraull,Nettie Lowry Herr,Gertrude Lowry Crew-
<br />ford,and Fay Lowry,daughters of said deceased,and Arch L.LowrY,Robert Lowry,and Rolland Lowry,sond
<br />of said deceased, share and share alike,provided that should any of the above children Hof the said
<br />Clarence M. Lowry die before the death of the said Maggie A. Lowry,leaving issue him or her survi-
<br />ving,then the issue of any deceased child to take the parent's_ share.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Maggie A. Lowry,as executrix of the estate of the said Clarence M. Lowry,deceased,be,and the same
<br />hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for her final repo rt,said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Clarence M.Lowry,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed within the
<br />time limited by the Court,are forever barred,enjoined,and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Clarence M.Lowry,deceased,Maggie A.Lowry,his surviving
<br />wi.dow,takes a life estate in all of the real estate hereinbefore described,and all the rest,
<br />residue,and remainder of said real estate passed,by absolute title,to Della Messeraull,Nettie
<br />Lowry Herr,Gertrude Lowry C rawford,and Fay Lowry,daughters of said deceased,and Arch L.Lowry,
<br />Robert Lowry,and Rolland Lowry,sons of said deceased,share and share alike,provided that should,
<br />any of said children of the said Clarence M. Lowry die before the death of said Maggie A. Lowry,
<br />leaving issue him or her surviving,then the issue of any such deceased child to take the parent's
<br />share,and distribution of said real estate is hereby accordingly made.

<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian
<br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form
<br />of law.
