Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of <br />Clarence M.Lowry, FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on this 4th day of April,1925ithis cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Maggie A. Lowry, Executrix of the last will and testament of <br />Clarence M.Lowry,deceased,and upon her petition for a settlement of said estate and her dis- <br />charge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in <br />the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said <br />estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition,and no one <br />appearing to object to said report and the'Court having examined said report,together with the 1 <br />vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same <br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix,said Executrix <br />discharged and said estate settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of thetime <br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and that the time so fixed' <br />has fully expired,and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,and <br />not filed within the time limited,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting <br />i <br />!' any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid all debts against said estate,the funer- <br />al expenses of said deceased,and the costs of this proceeding,and has delivered to herself as <br />life tenant the rest of the personal property coming into her possession as such Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said Clarence M.Lowry died seized as the owner,by fee simple <br />title of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebras <br />to -wit: <br />
