<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Mary Ann Trout, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 29th day of January,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Edward W.Trout,Administrator of the estate of Mary Ann. Trout,
<br />deceased,and upon his petition for the allowance of said report and the settlement of said °
<br />I
<br />estate and his discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files hereen
<br />and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given t!� all
<br />persons as to the time and placed fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition, -add no one
<br />i
<br />appearing to object thereto,and the Court having examined said report,together with the voucher
<br />on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be
<br />r
<br />approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and that the time so
<br />i
<br />fixed has fully expired,and all persons having claims against said estate,if any:such there be,'
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid all the debts of said deceased, the
<br />funeral expenses of said deceased,the costs of this proceeding,and has made due distribution
<br />of the residue of said estate remaining in his hands to the persons entitled thereto,that noth -I
<br />ing further remains in the hands of said Administrator belonging to said estate,and that said
<br />estate ought to be settled and closed and said Administator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary Ann Trout died int estate,and left surviving
<br />her,as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law,Herbert E.Trout,Lula Z.Rouse,Frank L.Trout,
<br />Edward W.Trout,Walter A.Trout,Jennette Hughes,and Sarah A.Milisen,sons and daughters of said
<br />deceased,and Richard H.Trout,a grandson of said deceased,being the only child of Thaddeus L.
<br />Trout,a deceased son of the -said Mary Ann Trout.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary Ann Trout died seized as the owner,by fee sim-
<br />ple title,of an undivided one -third of the following described real estate situated in the
<br />county of Hall and state of Nebraska ,to -wit: The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
<br />of Section Thirty -six (36) in Township Twelve (12) North,Range Ten (10) West,the south half
<br />of Lot Two (2) in Section Thirty -one (31) in Township Twelve (12) No rth,Range Nine (9) West
<br />and Lot One (1) in Section Six ( 6 ) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine ( 9 ) West, and that
<br />t
<br />upon the death of the said Mary Ann Trout,s.aid real estate passed and descended,under the
<br />intestate laws of the state of Nebraska,to Herbert E.Trout,Lula Z.Trout,Frank L.Trout,Edward
<br />H. Trout,Walter A. Trout,Jennette Hughes,and Sarah A. Milisen,sons and daughters of said deceased,
<br />and the said Richard H.Trout,a grandson of said deceased,share and share alike,by fee simple
<br />title.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
