<br />Abraham Trout, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 29th day of January,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Edward W.T rout,sole surviving executor of the last will and
<br />testament of Abraham Trout,deceased,and upon his petition for the settlement of said estate
<br />and his discharge herein,and -the Court,having examined said report,together with the vouchers
<br />on file,and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said
<br />report and petition,and no one objecting to said report,the Court finds that said report
<br />is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and
<br />for the final report of said Executor,and that said estate ought to be settled and closed and
<br />said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that Thaddus L.'Trout,one of the executors of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Abraham Trout,deceased,departed this life,intedtate,in Douglas County,
<br />Nebraska, in the month of November, 1918, and that since said time said Edward W. Trout has been
<br />the sole surviving and acting Executor of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired..and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any
<br />such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the last will and testament of the said Abraham Trout, deceased,
<br />was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this Court on the 26th day of May,1914.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of Thaddus L.Trout,a son of said Abraham Trout
<br />who died since the death of the said Abraham Trout,has never beer�administered,and that the said
<br />
