Trout) and Zula Z.Trout,share and share alike,to have and to hold the same to themselves, their heirs and assigns forever,and in the event of the death of anj of may said children above named leaving issue or descendants I direct that his or her share shall not lapse but shall be paid or go to such descendants in equal proportion. ITEM FOUR. It is my will and wish that if my beloved wife at any time after my death should find it londsome or inconvenient to remain upon the land now occupied by us and it wo,�ld agreeable to the children- amed then they shoii�d sell the land and convert it into cash and in that event the one third part of the money derived from the said sale should be paid to my beloved wife which she should accept in full satisfaction of rights therein,and of the remaining two thirds of said proceeds after first paying to my said children Herbert L. Trout $150.00,Thaddus L. Trout and Lula Z. Trout, $250.00, (provided however if they have not already been paid out of my personal property) then the remainder of the money realised from the sale of said land should be paid to my child- ren" share and share alike or to the representative of any deceasedcbhild as provided for in item three "hereof. ITEM FIVE My beloved son Frank L.Trout,up to the present time unfortionately has not learned the value of money and is disposed to squander his money and in order that he may receive the greatest benefit from the property I have left him hereunder I have deemed advisable to appoint two of my sons as Trustees over his interest and to that end I do hereby select,nominate and appoint Thad%5-1 L.Trout and Edward W.Trout Trustees for all moneys and property that may go to may said son Frank L.Trout,under my will,giving and granting to my said Trustees,full power and authority to receive, invest,manage,care for and distribute all money and property under this will that is due my said son Frank L.Trout,I direct that said Trustees be not required to give a bond in executing said trust and that they shall at all times act in harmony and Frith no other object in view other . than serving the best interests of their brother. Having fmill confidence in the business judge - ment,fairness and integrity of my said trustees,I direct that they should handle their brothers share and pay the same over to him and do with the same as in their judgment is fair and for the best interest and comfort of their brother,and in the event of the death of either of said Trustees, before the trust fund has been disposed of or paid out then the surviving trustee shall act alone. I further direct said trustees shall once a year file a report with the proper' ,-court showing the condition of said trust fund,and that they shall accept and perr�orm their duties without compensation for their services. ITEM SIR. I appoint my beloved sons Thadw5 L. Trout and Edward W. Trout executors of this my last will and testament without bond or compensation for their services,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
