<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ABRAHAM TROUT.
<br />I,Abraham Trout of the city of Grand Island,County of Hall and state of Nebraska, consider-
<br />ing t"urtortainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,do make and publish
<br />this my last will and testament,in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />ITEM ONE.
<br />I direct that my funeral eharges,the expenses of administering my estate,and all my just debts
<br />?. be paid out of my personal property,if that be insufficient I authorize my executors herein -
<br />after named,to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />ITEM TWO.
<br />It is my will and wish and I do hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary
<br />Ann Trout,of my real estate and personal property such share rights and interests therein and
<br />no other as she would tnherit and acquire under the descedent laws of this state (of Neb)
<br />in intestate estate.
<br />ITEM THREE.
<br />It is my will and desire to treat as nearly as possible all my children alike in the distri-
<br />bution of property: and in.the past I have giiaen and advanced to all of my children save and
<br />except Herbert L. Trout,Thaddus L. Trout and Lula Z. Trout, the sum of $250.00,each and to Herbert
<br />L.$100 and in order that the last three named children be placed on an equality with their
<br />brothers and sisters in the distribtion of my property,I do therefore give and bequeath unto
