<br />Now,on this 21st day of March,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the yetition of George ,I.Trig�s,surviving husband of said deceased,heretofore filed
<br />herein,praying for the settleaent of said estate of said deceased,a finding that she died intes-
<br />tate,and fixing the tine and place of her death,for a. determination of her heirs at law,their
<br />degree of kinship to said deceased and the right of descent of the real estate owned by said
<br />deceased at the time of her death said petitioner being represented by Horth,Cleary & Suhr,his
