John Hassel was an unmarried man <br />and that he left surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at law,his fa.ther,Henry C.Hassel, <br />and his mother,1111ary Hassel,and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska.,all of <br />said real estate as well as the Contract of Purchase and all other personal property belonging <br />to said. deceased,passed and ascended. to Henry C.
