<br />JOHN HASSEL,DECEASED. Now on this 21st.day of T11a.rC4,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Henry C.Hassel,Administrator of said estate,and his petition
<br />for a settlement thercof,and it appearing from the proof, on file in this Court and case that
<br />due and legal notice by publication,as by lalri and the orders of this Court required,has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the filing of said report and the time and
<br />place for hearing thereon, ^nd there being no objections ther-eto,t.he
<br />thereof,finds that said report is, in all respects,correct and that
<br />in all things approve,_ and allowed.
<br />The Court further find's fro :-: the proof on file herein that due
<br />tion,as by law a,nd the orders of this Court required,has been given
<br />against said estate of the time allowed and the place appointed for

<br />of Hall County,Nebra;.ska, on the 26th. day of July,A. D. ,192 -; that he died seized of a fee simple
<br />title to Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Five (5) of Ashton Pla.ce,a.n Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County,Nebraska,and that in addition thereto he held a contract of Purchase
<br />to Lot Nine (9) in Block Five (5) of Ashton Place, an addition to the City of Grand I sland,Hall
<br />County,Nebra.ska.,a.nc_ that Fit the time of his death,the said. John Hassel was an unmarried man
<br />and that he left surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at law,his fa.ther,Henry C.Hassel,
<br />and his mother,1111ary Hassel,and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska.,all of
<br />said real estate as well as the Contract of Purchase and all other personal property belonging
<br />to said. deceased,passed and ascended. to Henry C. Hassel and .`>Jary Hassel, in equal shares,a.nd the
<br />same is hereby awarded to them and. their heirs forever.
