<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />SIMON ZLOMKE,DECEASED. Now on this 28th day of February,1925,followinR due notice
<br />to all persons interested by publication as required by order of Court,this Cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of Bernhard Zlomke,Administrator of the estate of Simon Zlomke,de-
<br />y ceased.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said report is correct and ought to be allowed.
<br />`EHE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given to creditors of said deceased,as to the time
<br />,allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the
<br />time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that no claims of any nature were filed or
<br />allowed against the estate of said deceased,and that all claims outstanding against said deceas-
<br />ed or his estate,if any such there be,are,therefore,forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Simon Zlomke departed this life intestate,on the 16th day of
<br />June,1924,and that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Simon Zlomke left surviving him as his heirs at law and his
<br />only heirs at law,Bernhard Zlomke� his father,and Bertha Zlomke,his mother.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Simon Zlomke was at the time of his death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate,situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />;to -wit:
<br />kLot Number Three,in Block No.70 in Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to Grand Island,and that
<br />sunder and by virtue of the provisilons of the law of descent of real estate in Nebraska,said
<br />r.
<br />'above described real estate did piss and descend at the death of the said Simon Z18mke,to Bern-
<br />hard Zlomke,and Bertha Zlomke,his ;father and mother.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of said Administrator be and the
<br />:same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Simon Zlomke,deceased.
<br />17 IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGIED AND DECREED that all of the right,title and interest of the
<br />said Simon Zlomke in and to Lot Three in Block Seventy in Wheeler & Bennett' s Second Addition
<br />o Grand Island,in Hall County,Neb'raska,did pass and descend at his death to Bernhard Zlomke,
