THE COURT FINDS that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Gustav Sievers to Anna Sievers,his widow,for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life, she to have the use,rents,income,and profits therefrom,and to have full power and authority to mortgage any and all real estate owned by the testator,at the time of hisdeath,for the purpose of paying debts owed by him at the time of his death and said Anna Sievers to have full right, power and authority to sell and convey any � roperty owned by the t estator,at the time of his death,and to re- invest the proceeds,and that the said Anna Sievers takes under said last will and testament theuse,income and profit,from all of the personal property owned by the deceased at the time of his death. THE COURT FINDS that subject to the life estate of the said-'Anna Sievers in and to all of the above mentioned and described real estate and personal property,whether in its condition at the time of the death of the testator or as re- invested by the said Anna Sievers -does pass and des- cend under the provisions of said last will and testament to Alma Irvine,Clara Frauen,and Joseph Sievers,share and share alike,the child or children of any deceased child to take the parentt,s share. IT IS THEREFORE C0T1 SIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the said Anna Sievers ,Executrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account. IT IS FURTHER COYSIDERFD that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting tip any clairms or demands against the estate of said Gustav Sievers,deceased. IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the right,title and interest of the said Gustav Sievers,in and to the South -half of the North -east Quarter and the North -half of the South -east Quarter of section 7 in Township 10 in Range 12 Nest of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska,and the South -half of the East -half of Lot 2 and th4 South -half of Lot 1 in Block lot in Koenig & 'Xiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County,Nebraska to- gether with all of the personal property owned by the deceased at the time of his death did pass anddescend under the provisions of his last will and testament to Anna Sievers,for the term of her natural life,she to have the use,rents,income and profits therefrom so long as she may live,or so long as she remains the widow of said Gustav Sievers,deceased,said Anna Sievers, to have the right,power and authority to mortga.ge,said real estate for the payment of debts of the testator and the right and authority to sell any part of said real estate and to re- invest the proceeds therefrom. IT IS FURTHER 0011SIDERED BY THE COURT that subject to the life estate of said Anna Sievers in and to all of the above mentioned and described real estate and personal property the same de- send in equal shares to Alma Irvine,Clara Frauen,an d Joseph Sievers,children of the testator, share and share alike. THE COURT FINDS that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament should the said Anna Sievers ,widow, re- marry,then and in that case she to take one -third of all of the property, real and personalof which the said Gustav Sievers died the owner and that the remaining two - thirds of said property,both real and personalof which the testator died the -owner,passes and descends to his children,Alma Irvine,Clara Frauen and Joseph Sievers,in equal shares THE COURT FINDS that the estate of said Gustave Sievers,deceased,is indebted to the said Anna Sievers;in the sum of $556.55,for money advanced by her for the payment of debts and expenses of-_'aaministration.
