<br />Hall County, At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in
<br />Grand Island,in said County,on the 18th day of October A.D. ,1924.

<br />I, J. H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby
<br />certify that on the 24th day of Septemb er'1924,the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Gustav Sievers,deceased,was filed. for probate in this Court.That on the 19
<br />day of October 1924,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />Glhstav Sievers,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF F?NAL DECREE.
<br />GUSTAV SIEVERS,DECEASED. Now on this 14th day of March,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Anna Sievers,Executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Gustav Sievers,deceased,following due notice,by publication,to all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased,of the filing of said report- and of the time fixed for final settle -
<br />ment of said estate.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and
<br />ought to be allowed.
<br />THE COURT FINDB.'that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased
<br />by publication of such notice for 4 consecutive weeks in the GRAND ISLAND HERALD,a weekly new-
<br />spaper published in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the time allowed for filing claims against
<br />said estate has fully expired :that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed
<br />and within the time limited for filing claims are therefore forever barred and excluded,and
<br />that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Gustav Sievers departed this life on the 9th day of September;
<br />1924,tha.t he was at the time of his; death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed,a.nd admitt-
<br />ed to probate in this court on the 18th day of October,1924,and recordedn this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Gustav Sievers died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate,situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebr;�ska,to -wit:
<br />The South -half of the North -east Qmprter l S-z of NE-1) and the North -half of the South -east
<br />Quarter (NL of SE-1) of Section Seven (7) in Township Ten (10) in Range Tvrelve (12),Pest of the
<br />Sixth,P. M. ;
<br />The South -ha.lf of the East-half (SI of E2) of Lot Two (2) and the South -half (S2) of Lot One
<br />(1),in Block 102 in Koenig k 1,viebe's Addition,the same being; a rectangular piece of ground
<br />;having a frontage of 66 feet on Cleburn Street and a depth of 99 feet extending westward
<br />of said Cleburn Street;
<br />!An undivided one -half interest in ,Lot 35 A,and Lot 37,Section or Road 7 of Grand Isla.nd;Cemetery
