<br />WILL.CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Gustav Sievers,of Grand Islan d,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make
<br />and publish this,my last will and testament,�n the manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if an y,and the expense attending my burial,be first paid.,
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved rife,Anna Sievers,in the event she surviv es me,the
<br />use,rents,income,and profits,from all my estate,both real and personal,for theperiod of her
<br />natural life,provided she does not re- marry after my death,hereby granting unto my said wife,
<br />Anna Sievers,full right,power,and authority to mortgage any and all real estate owned by me
<br />at the time of my dea.th,and granting unto my said wif e,Anna Sievers,full right,power,and authority,
<br />to sell and convey any property owned by me at the time of my death,a.nd to re- invest the proceeds
<br />from said sale in other real estate selected by her,cr in interest - bearing securities, In the
<br />event my said wife,Anna Sievers „should re -marry after my death,then upon the happening of such
<br />marr-iage,I give,d.evise and bequeath to my said wife,Anna Sievers,one -third of all the property,
<br />both real and personal,of which I shall die the owner,a.nd the remaining two - thirds of the property,
<br />both real and persona,of which I shall due theowner,I give,devise,a.nd bequeath to my children,
<br />Alma Irvine,Clara. Frauen,and Joseph Sievers,share and share alike,the child or children of any
<br />deceased child of mine to take its parents share.
<br />THIRD.
<br />In the eventmy said wife,Anna Sievers,surviv.es me,and does not remarry after my death,then
<br />and in that event I give,d.evise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,a.nd remainder of thees.tate,
<br />both real and personal,whether in its condition at the time of my death or as re- invested by
<br />me said wife,Anna Sievers,under the power contained in the second paragraph of this will,to my
<br />children,Alma Irvine,Clara. Frauen,a.nd Joseph Sievers,share and share @,like,the child or children
<br />of any deceased child of mine to take the parent's share,subject to the life use thereof by my
<br />said wif e,Anna Sievers.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife,Anna Sievers,as Executrix of this will,and request that
<br />she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as such,and in the event of the
<br />death or inability of the said Anna Sievers to act as such Executrix,then and in that event
<br />I nominate and appoint my brother- in- law.August Wichmann,as Executor of this will.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />IN TESTIMONY wHERFOF,I have hereunto set my hand to each of the two typewritten pages hereof,,
