PO7ELL,DECEASED. On this 24th day of Apr. 1893,came William Powell,Admin- <br />j <br />istrator of said estate and asked that an order be made settling said estate,and that he be <br />discharged as such Administrator,and that a final decree might be made establishing who the <br />heirs of said Mercy A- Powell were,And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the <br />proof on file that due notice had been given to all persons having claims against the estate <br />of said Mercy A.Powell,Deceased of the time fixed for filing claims by the former order of <br />this Court and said time having fully expired and no claims having been filed,it is therefore <br />ordered that all claims against said estate be and they are hereby forever barred from being <br />filed or set up against said estate,and said cause coming on further to be heard upon the proof <br />as to the heirs of said Mercy A.Powell,deceased,the Court finds that the following named per - <br />sons are the heirs at law and only heirs at law of said Mercy A.Powell,deceased;Willia.m Powell, p <br />her husband,and the following named children; Frank W. Powell,Alonzo H. Powell,Reuben A. Powell, <br />and George P. Powell,and that she left no other heirs at law. <br />And said Administrator having filed in open court a request for settlement without publishing <br />0 <br />a <br />or giving any notice whatever of same,signed by said children and each of them,it is therefore <br />5 ordered t1pat this cause come on for hearing at this time for final settlement without publish - <br />ing or giving any notice or serving any personal notice of same. <br />And said cause then came on to be further heard and the court finds that said Mercy A.Powell <br />departed this life seized in fee of the following described property,to -wit: South -half of <br />i <br />North -west Quarter,the North -west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and Lots One and two,Section <br />G 9,Township Ten Range Ten containing 195 30/100; and that the same descends to said William Powell, <br />widower,and Frank "d.Powell,Alonzo H.Powell,Reuben A.Powell,and George P.Powell,children,accord- <br />ing to law; <br />And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that said Mercy A.Powell,deceased,left no <br />personal esta.te,that said real estate is the only property belonging to said estate,and that <br />the same descends to the heirs by operation of law,and said Administrator having filed receipt <br />from each of the children acknowledging receipt of all share of the estate of said Mercy A. Pow- <br />ell,deceased,it is <br />ORDERED that said Administrator be and he is hereby discharged of his said trust upon his <br />paying the probate expenses. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />88* <br />Hall County <br />H.E.
