<br />THE COURT FINDS that the Five Dollar bequests to the sisters of the Testator have been paid
<br />to Lucy A.'Vatkins,and Nettie E. Pinney; that four of the said sisters,namely,Mary E. Severn5,
<br />Sarah Ressigue,Mesina Greenleaf and Minerva Clow,beneficiaries under said will,died prior to
<br />the death of the testator and that the executor was therefore unable to pay these bequests.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Lafayette Watkins, in and to the North -half of the South -east Quarter and the Sou -h-
<br />west Quarter of the North -east Quarter of Section Eighteen in Township Twelve in Range Eleven in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend under the provisions of his last Will and Testament
<br />to Carrie Watkins in absolute title.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the Inheritance Tax assessed against the said Carrie Watkins,beneficiary
<br />under the Will,has been paid.

<br />and testament of the real and personal estate of said Lafayette Watkins,deceased,and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
