<br />this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

<br />testator Lafayette Watkins to be his last Will and Testament,in the presence of us who at his
<br />request,have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses,in his presence,and in the presence

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />LAFAYETTE 'iVATKINS,DECEASED. Now on this 28th day of February,1925,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of J. R. Millsap,Executor of the last Will and Testament of Lafayette
<br />Watkins,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice was given to all per-
<br />sons interested in the estate of said deceased,as to the filing of said report and of the time 1

<br />fixed for final settlembnt of said estate by publication in the Cairo Record,a legal newspaper
<br />published and circulating in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said Executor has accounted for all of the properly
<br />belonging to deceased which came into his possession or under his control,and that his report
<br />Hof the receipts and expenditures is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.

<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased
<br />�a.s to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased'
<br />and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed 'and allow-
<br />ed against said estate have been duly paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said deceased or his estate,if any such..;exist,are therefore,forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the report of said Executor be and the same hereby is approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final a - gount.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Lafayette Watkins,deceased.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Lafayette Watkins departed this life on the 155th day
<br />of August,1924,and that he was at the time of hi,5 death a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska;that he left a last will and testament which instrument,after due notice to all !
<br />dpersons interested,by publication for 3 successive weeks,,as required by law and by order of
<br />�Court,was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the lgth day of September
<br />1924,and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Lafayette Watkins died seized in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate situate din the County of Hall and State of Nebraska ,to -wit:
<br />,The North -ha.lf of the Southeast Quarter (Ni of SW and the South -west Quarter of the North -east
<br />Quarter (SWj of NEJ) in Section Eighteen (18) in Township Twelve (12) in Range Eleven (11) West
<br />of the 6th P.M.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last Will and Testa-
<br />went of the said Lafayette Watkins,deceased,all of the above mentioned and described reel estate
<br />did pass and descend at the death of the testator,to Carrie Watkins,a niece of theTestator,to be
<br />Zer absolutely.
